Building personal relationships on trust
Talking to people is just something that comes naturally to Chris, and what she believes is one of the biggest benefits of working with a community bank. “You can actually pick up the phone or stop in to talk to us. My clients know I am there to help them and trust that I can get them a good rate and the deal done.”
Chris particularly likes helping customers with construction loans. “They’re a lot more work, but I love guiding my customers through the plans and specs and seeing the end result – their dream home.”
Lending her time in the community
Chris’ dedication to helping others extends far beyond her work. She’s a proud 20-year volunteer for the MSPCA and a teaching volunteer for the Newburyport Adult Education Program.
