VP, Senior Residential Loan Officer

Favorite Home Buyer Tip: Have a game plan, including the steps you need to take to reach your goal.

Kathie’s long and accomplished career as a mortgage lender has taken her many places with large financial institutions. Now, she’s proud to help individuals and families realize their dreams from a very familiar place – home – with a community bank.

“I live locally, so my customers are my neighbors,” she enthuses.

From the praise of her customers, it’s clear that Kathie is a very good neighbor. She understands the financial demands of purchasing a home and works closely with each individual customer to understand their goals and do her part to make them possible.

Breaking down barriers to homeownership

A three-time cancer survivor, Kathie knows a lot about overcoming challenges, including the financial and emotional barriers home buyers face in challenging markets. She prides herself on supporting them – every step of the way – with trusted and experienced advice.

“I always communicate with my clients in a manner that’s concise and understandable, and I’m always transparent to help them solve problems and prepare for the unexpected.”

The difference a good neighbor can make

When she’s not opening doors to homeownership, Kathie gives her time to a number of non-profit organizations, including the Ed Walsh Foundation, and P.E.O. International, which celebrates the advancement of women.

Her dedication and loyalty extends to her personal life as well. She has been happily married for over 30 years to her husband whom she met in college at the University of New Hampshire. She is also the proud Mom of a college-age son and a mischievous Golden Retriever, Jackson.
