Joshua Sanchez

VP, Residential Mortgage Officer

Favorite Home Buyer Tip : If you’re committed to owning a home, get pre-approved and tell your loan officer what you can afford.

Joshua will never forget his first experience buying a home. “It’s a huge investment, and I remember really needing patience and support.” That’s why, in his role as a loan officer, he’s committed to assisting his clients and responding to their needs throughout the whole process. “I respect my clients’ expectations and desires and never push them.”

That patience and dedication is something he applies to all aspects of his life. “I’ve been a die-hard New England Patriots fan and season ticket holder, in good times and bad,” he laughs.

Helping improve the quality of life for others

Joshua, who has worked at larger banks, loves the feeling of working for a community bank that shares his passion for giving back and helping neighbors. When he’s not making homeownership possible for families, he’s spending time with his family, including his energetic 6-year-old daughter.

He also volunteers at Emmaus House in Haverhill, MA, to help support those who have been homeless and advocates and raises funds for local organizations to help prevent child abuse.
